We will evaluate your request and provide an estimated planning budget inclusive of all potential costs to mitigate surprises that may fall outside of the initial scope. For your commercial project, you will work directly with Tony Graci, FERRUZZO’s owner and president. With 20 years of experience in the industry, and deep knowledge of the commercial space, he will provide you with your initial estimate. Tony will share his vast experience in the commercial construction space, to make you aware of potential health and safety regulations to consider before starting your commercial renovation.
ON-SITE CONSULTATION — $ Required
Assess Project
and Preliminary Estimate
We will visit your commercial renovation site to gain a better understanding of your space. We will confirm and refine the details captured through your initial consultation form.
Following our site visit, you will receive your preliminary estimate that will consider the unique aspects of your store or office space, including fire exits, sprinkler systems, HVAC, and more. When your budget is approved, we will request a retainer to account for pre-construction costs such as city permits, additional on-site measurements, and architectural drawings.
DESIGN PROCESS — No $ Required
Bringing
Ideas to Life
Our designers will collaborate with you and our architects to craft your commercial space. At this stage you will meet with Josie Graci, our Senior Design Consultant. Josie will help you with everything from envisioning the layout of your retail store or office to showing you samples of floor materials. She’s an attentive listener and is enthusiastic about working with you to transform your commercial project.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING — No $ Required

We are excited to present your commercial design. We will gather your feedback, answer your questions, and will not move forward until you’re happy with your project’s direction. Once you have approved your design, we will create your detailed scope of work.
DETAILED PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT — $ Required
Signing Off on
Your Project
Following your design presentation, we will create a detailed scope of work for your proposed project, working with contractors with whom we have built relationships for over 20 years. We will determine the price of your project, and invite you back to our office to explain each cost. After signing the contract and providing a deposit, we will introduce you to Angelo Graci, our Site Supervisor who will lead your project crew.
